With that item I'm sure I can take out the imperial gaurd and anything else in the game. but i suppose i can buy furniture to replace what ends up missing. I have the Chorrol shield which is 33% reflect dmg and add that to the necklace = I'll only take 1/3 the dmg. one of the houses i think Rosethorn Hall it was i purchased all of the upgrades went. Only thing I'm really craving at this point is the necklace of Swords. I also own all 8 houses and a black horse, all in all, I think those all combined with furniture ran me about 200k. I'm at lvl 34 or 35 and have just a few more primary skills to max out. I'm taking my time, all my skills are just about maxed. Thus it takes no time at all to come up with some serious cash! Plus I didn't speed through the main quest. I have 160 str and can carry 849lbs of stuff so I just pick a random fort and go spelunking! Clear the dungeon out usually takes two halls with my spells etc I carry nearly 1100 lbs and those two trips sell for about 50k. i have the Skingrad house and i bought everything so i think but the quest wont end i already got all the stuff from Gunder i got the made and the treasure why. I keep anything that sells for over 1200 a pop.

At 34 almost all the drops are glass, daedric and some mithril. The gear gets better as you go up in lvls.
